Kid Friendly Afternoon New Year’s Eve Party

It’s actually called Our Very 1st Ever New Year’s Eve Party for People with Kids Who Won’t Make it Until Midnight But 5 p.m. is Perfect. The name says it all. Almost. New Year’s Eve Party

Dress up and enjoy a wonderful evening in the spectacular candle-lit barn celebrating the coming of 2023. Live entertainment will perform upbeat and festive tunes all night. First Day Hike
Sterling Forest State Park, 116 Old Forge Road, Tuxedo, N.Y. 10987, 10 a.m.
Start the New Year with a mile four-mile hike around scenic Sterling Lake. Hikers will encounter historic structures from the iron industry, some predating the Revolutionary War. Event is weather-permitting. Registered participants will be called in case of cancellation. Trail is not maintained, so wear appropriate footwear and attire. Bring water and a snack.
